The Regular Wall Pelvic Swing is used without the Yoga Wall. Adjustable, one size fits most applications. Great for back traction and back pain relief. Easy to install. You can also hang it from a wall or a ceiling. The Pelvic Swing clips into 2 eye bolts that you can purchase at your local hardware store. Over the door hanger and eye bolts not included. Professional installation of eye bolts recommended.
